You’ll have the latest VR and AR prototypes and the tools and components to build anything you need. In addition to the usual high-end development machines, you’ll have access to hardware labs full of 3D printers, motion capture hardware, and robots. You’ll have the freedom to explore and attack the infinitely large set of challenges ahead of us, whether that's tinkering on tweaks to sensor fusion or developing entirely new methods of human-computer interaction.

We believe in sharing what we learn and build openly, including development hardware, community communications, publishing VR research, the source-available Oculus SDK, and our open source samples and hardware tools.

Location
We’re headquartered in Irvine in lovely Southern California a few miles from the beach, the Santa Ana mountains, and Disneyland. On average, the area enjoys 281 sunny days a year.
