Environmental Groups Respond to Gov. Brown’s Fracking Regulations

Environmental groups, including Californians Against Fracking, Sierra Club, Clean Water Action and the Natural Resources Defense Council, have issued a statement in response to the final draft regulations required by Senate Bill 4: “Final draft regulations rife with industry loopholes and weak protections leave Californians vulnerable.”
