New Jersey residents still need to assess his governorship from other aspects related to the Port Authority, like appointing via cronyism. Is he a truly good public servant? I'd say "Well...". What was the name of the PA chief that resigned under public pressure? He just was another incompetent, appointed by Christie because of cronyism.
