Equating Texas’ border protection effort to a Whac-A-Mole game, a Republican congressman from Austin revealed his own plan Monday to stop illegal immigration and drug trafficking along the Southwestern border.
U.S. Rep. Michael McCaul, speaking at a news conference at the Texas Capitol, said he repeatedly has asked the Obama administration to come up with a plan to secure the border but has been told that the border is more secure than ever.
