Ken Lambrecht expected a spike in calls to his Dallas abortion clinic the day after a dozen other facilities closed across the state, but he wasn't prepared for the surge the week after - a flood of calls, many from women desperate for help and suddenly hundreds of miles from the nearest open clinic.
