Who does not love cupcakes? Let the kids decorate them by using Wilton’s Autumn & Halloween Foodcrafting supplies at Jo Ann Fabric & Craft Store or these Halloween Bake Foodcrafting supplies. No time to bake, then take advantage of your local grocery or bakery and get pre-made sugar cookies and cupcakes.

Do not forget the snacks for the movie. Try mixing popcorn & candy corn together or serving caramel corn or apples.   For refreshments, serve your favorite punch recipe in a Halloween container like the ones found at Walmart or throw water and juice boxes in this festive beverage tub found at Target.

Decorating your house does not need to be scary. It can be fun and festive. Try these fun Halloween placemats at Kohl’s.   String up pumpkin LED lights  or lantern with flicker flame lights around the house, both can be found at Target.   These Halloween candleholders at Crate&Barrel are cute and practical. Halloween party decorating would not be complete without this friendly witch from Big Lots is playful and fun.

According to the National Retail Foundation, two-thirds of Americans in 2013 spent a total of $6.9 billion dollars to celebrate Halloween and 2014 sales expect to exceed last years. Halloween related dollars spent can easily add up for your household when you add costumes, pumpkins for carving, candy and novelties for trick or treating, plus new indoor and outdoor decorations for haunted houses and parties.
