Last week, over 125 local, national and state groups called on President Obama to directly regulate methane pollution from fracking.

The EPA has the power to drastically reduce climate pollution from drilling and fracking and the consequences, both globally and locally, are too dire to allow the industry to continue to pollute.

On the two month anniversary of the huge toxic mining waste dam failure in British Columbia we visited the site.

An estimated 25 million cubic meters were released, backing up into Polley Lake, flowing down through 10 km of Hazeltine Creek, and emptying into Quesnel Lake.

It’s time to control methane emissions and hazardous air pollution from fracking.

Oil and gas drilling isn’t clean, and harms the climate and public health.

Tell the President to put strong rules in place to limit methane from oil and gas drilling!

Acid-draining rock, the poisonous waste leftover from mining operations, is contaminating water across the country.

This report from Montana looks at the toxic legacy of polluting mines like the infamous Berkeley Pit.
It's pretty simple: fracking releases methane pollution, which is 86 times more polluting than CO2. That spells climate disaster.

Texas highways are now the nation's deadliest, and fracking is to blame, a new investigation shows.

One fracked well requires 2,300 to 4,000 truck trips just to deliver fracking fluids, causing $13,000 to $23,000 in road damage.

Get the whole story on increased traffic from fracking, and the risk to drivers and taxpayers: http://bit.ly/1qp6dQB
