I usually try to avoid areas that use these cameras but I actually came this way to get a picture of one! I would imagine real cops would like to be assigned to patrol this intersection instead of having cameras here.

That is a Redflex Scamera, they probably set the yellow light shorter here than other intersections. When put to a public vote, scameras loose big time, despite the pro scamera side being financed by scamera companies, with lots of $$$$.
