Suspect in fatal hit-and-run crash arrested

A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection to a fatal hit-and-run that happened Friday.According to the New Braunfels Police Department, detectives had received information that the suspected vehicle involved in the crash was located at a local auto/body repair shop.When detectives found the vehicle, it led them to the Mateo Caballero Wednesday night at his home in 200 Block of Leisure Village.Investigators tell us Caballero is the person who was behind the wheel the night of the deadl...
