A Travis County man already in jail on burglary charges has been sentenced to eight years in prison after his DNA was linked to the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl.21-year-old David Maynez pleaded guilty to injuring a child and burglary.The girl says she was sexually assaulted at an austin house party in july of 2013 after running away from a residential treatment center.
