Guidelines: Letters must be original, legible and submitted exclusively to The Morning Call. They should not exceed 200 words. Letters must include the writer's signature, a verifiable home street address and day/evening telephone numbers (for verification purposes -- street addresses and telephone numbers will not be published). We publish only your name and home city. You may submit Letters to the Editor via e-mail at letters @ mcall.com.
