Lyft leaving Houston unless new rules are altered
Ride-sharing company doesn't want to use procedure for fingerprint-based background checks of drivers

Officials with Lyft, based in California, said Houston's rules are too onerous, and the company will shut down rather than put their drivers through the process. That means pink moustaches will stop cruising Houston around Nov, 4.
