VaporFi Battery Review
The express batteries are very similar to most short cig-type batteries however have shown longer battery life. I have to say I’m not too fond of the orange colored crystal tips (pretty loud if you ask me). After initial full charge, the larger Vapor Zone batteries can last up 18-24 hours (for the larger batteries, which I recommend).
Need More Power?
Vapor zone batteries have a very powerful arsenal to choose from with their most powerful batteries at 2000mAh, and their newest MOD @ an adjustable 3.0V – 8.5V. Powerful batteries means longer times between charge, thicker vapor production, more full e-cig flavors. The batteries also have neat built in functions such as the battery meter and the puff counter. These functions are neat because it’ll tell you your battery’s health, if it needs to be charged soon, or even replaced (as it tells you in advance if your battery needs charging).

Also, the pulse comes with a light up “Puff Counter” this seems to work very well, while a novelty, I’m a person who really get’s into the details and I think this feature is neat. They could have added variable voltage to this battery as well, but I’m pretty sure that’s what they created the high end “Rebel” for.
The charging Disk is also best setup to charge from your laptop or computer monitor USB hub, as the cord is fairly short (a little over two feet) and won’t reach from your desk to the outlet. But, the design is great so it matches well as a desk accessory.
How to reset Vapor Zone Pulse “Puff Counter”: Remove any cartomizer tank from the battery and hold the button. Keep holding for about 20 seconds. The puff counter will first add a count, then deluminate, keep holding and the puff counter will reset to “000”.

Vaporfi® Platinum Clearomizer Tank
The platinum tank is leaves compromise at home with the only clearomizer in the VA lineup offering a metal mouthpiece. This clearomizer lands on the heavier side but also proves to be a durable tank for serious vapors. While I was expecting a thicker vape as compared to the PREMIUM model there really wasn’t much of a difference.
The Verdict: The platinum tank will have to be unscrewed and refilled backwards, or upside down, and often you’ll find yourself accidentally unscrewing the atomizer portion off leaving a bit of a liquid mess if you’re not prepared. Unless you really like the steel tip and style this clearomizer provides, your safe just sticking with the Premium Clearomizer (shown below). Of course it’s always user preference and which style of heating element you like.

Tested out their Mighty Menthol and it had much to be desired, both thickness and flavor was subpar, I’d suggest going with the e-liquid and refilling the Clear Cartomizers if you’re going to go with the compact (express) route.
Final Word:
Indeed Vapor Zone products are one of a kind in the industry. Innovative and brilliant products at reasonable prices. Some people find the prices quite expensive though. While true, that it will cost a bit more than other E-cig brands around, it is clear that the prices are reasonable especially for their larger selection of batteries and clearomizers. You’ll be paying for high end technology and very neat accessories that many other E-cig brands are not offering. And at this rate I think Vapor Zone will release a “dripper”.
What we would like to see:

Bought the Pulse set and am pleased with it but forgot to claim any discounts so its cost an extra £27 due to Custom Duty. If this is to happen for ordering extra eliquid in future it looks like I shall have to continue with my older set from V2. Agree about Sample sets as they are a real asset when trying out flavours and would save a lot of money. The postage from America does take time though.
The Pulse set which I got is really great, could have been a bit thinner, but what has really got me is the flavours of the eliquid I bought. That Mango is really good. Hope they do the Sampler Set in the future before I try out all of them, that way you can pick which you like best and save on the high prices. What really got me down is the Custom charges as it’s cost an extra £27+ If I am charged that every time I buy extras I shall have to return to my old set of V2.
Horrible customer service. I bought a tank from them that was defective. I returned it but I can’t get anyone to issue me a credit even though I’ve tried several times. Please take your business elsewhere.

It’s not their CS people, they just do what their supervision tells them to do. They have serious issues with QC throughout the whole system from initial receipt of an order to packaging and labeling their products. Really too bad, could of been a very long lasting company. Competition is going to put them down unless they get serious with management.

i just got my Vapor Zone Air starter kit today and was pretty satisfied with it.. the carto did start leaking when i was vaping and laying down though, maybe that was my fault?
Regrettably I am writing this prior to receiving my order. We purchase from 20 different stores a month and give a heads up to others looking for an awesome store. We look for FDA regulated, quality of liquid, customer sevice, etc. In this case customer service is excellent, however, that is as far as we have gotten. Regrettably this store is undocumented-ly closed on weekends, which caused our ‘5 to 7′ day shipping to escalate to well over a week. After three days of processing, and waiting 8 days there is still no product in sight. One of the few companies we have black listed prior to sampling the product.

I have to agree with Liz and post my own wretched experience with this company.
First of all, I ordered a Pulse Starter Kit. Upon receipt, I found that 1/2 of the kit was defective– 1 battery and 1 tank/clearomizer simply did not work. After calling the company and being encouraged to troubleshoot rather than send it back immediately, to no avail, I ended up using the one batter and tank/clearomizer that did work. The product is enormous and looks ridiculous. Because of that and because the kit was partially defective, I ordered the Pro Starter Kit to compare.
I did so over the phone with a customer service rep who was supposedly assigned to me. I told her my issue with the Pulse and placed the order for the Pro, explaining that if I liked the Pro better, I’d send back the Pulse. If I liked the Pulse better, I’d send BOTH back and ask for a refund for the Pro and replacement for the Pulse.
It took over 2 weeks for the Pro Starter Kit to arrive.
I received an entirely defective Pro Starter Kit. I had also ordered an extra battery and extra tank/clearomizer– apparently, my customer service rep wasn’t listening and she sent me the wrong battery. Anyway, everything in the package was defective so I sent it back–over a month ago. I STILL have not received a refund and I have been calling/emailing the company to follow up to no avail.
I also sent back the Pulse Starter Kit–in part because the 1/2 that was actually working began to break down, the mouthpiece consistently popped off until it was lost permanently and in part because I believe now that the company is a scam. I haven’t received a refund for anything.
Customer service is a joke. I have been on the phone with reps for hours. Yep, hours. Nothing has been accomplished, but the ol’, “I am passing this along to corporate and my manager. I will try to have them accelerate the refund process. Call back in a few days if you haven’t heard anything and/or still haven’t received your refund.” Ha. I have also emailed and received no reply.
I’d also like to bring to the attention of this reviewer, Mr. Sauers, and everyone else who is researching VaporZone, aka VaporFi:

To answer your question; Yes, I’ve used the pulse kit for over 5 months now.
It’s unfortunate about your experience with their customer service. Support is always a case by case basis and you may have just lucked out and got terrible support. I have been in communication with a manager of vaporfi and I haven’t yet had anything close to your experience.
eliquid is definitely subjective and actually I would have to say some of my favorite flavors does come from Mr. Good Vape and Pink Spot vapors.
I have a good feeling that their team will see this and possibly escalate your case.

I don’t want to jinx myself by writing this, but so far I haven’t received any faulty items from vaporfi.
My first order came in a reasonable amount of time but my second order, which I ordered two days after the first, never arrived.
After not showing up for five weeks, I informed customer service that it never arrived. They were very apologetic and said they would re send the order express with a free case. Then I looked in my order history to find that the order had been cancelled. I informed them of this and was told it was cancelled because the original order then showed up on their system as delivered. It never did. So now I have waited over 2 months.
After your first order, you receive an email from a rep offering great discounts. It seems there are too many links in the chain!.
I got very excited after my first order and recommended vaporfi to loads of friends. All of them have had issues with online ordering and delivery. One friend didn’t get her liquid, another two are still waiting after a month and they paid for express post. I am pretty embarrassed as I feel slightly responsible.
I have spent nearly $700 with them but once I receive my orders (I’m waiting on two) I will take my business elsewhere. It’s a shame but it feels like they are too young to run a competent online ordering system. Full of promises but don’t deliver!.
I purchased 8 30 mil bottles and threw 5 away including 4 unopened. The banana shattered my tank before I screwed on the bottom. The vanilla smelled like a household cleaner. The bubblegum smelled like bazooka but didn’t taste like it that was my fault for getting a triple shot. The juice is very harsh. This is bad stuff.

I think they had a little learning curve in the beginning but they have been fantastic ever since. They have so many awesome flavors and many different types of E-cigs to choose from. My favorite is the Pro.
I have the Vapor Fi Jet and my husband has the Vapor Fi Rocket, left the store feeling like I had a total education on both products!! The e liquids were of choice and again the staff helped every step of the way. Personally I would rather vape American products that cheap nasty Chinese stuff that who knows what’s in the bottle.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else other than Vapor Fi!!!!!!!
ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY PRO. I tried several Vape Pens and this is by far the best one yet. Their flavors are also the best that I have ever tried. I have been a customer for 5 months and am very pleased. Customer service has been great and shipping takes about 3 days on average although sometimes it may take a little longer. I could not be more pleased. I am very satisfied with Vaporfi all around. Highly recommend.
Ordered the VaporFi Rocket Fridayband got it on Monday. It’s really well made – you can feel the quality. The unit produces big clouds of vapor and the battery is a beast. Love the variable voltage and the air flow. I’ve been using their flavors for months as they are among the best ejuice out there. This is my first hardware purchase and I’m impressed. Great ejuice and hardware. Way to go VF.
VaporFi really has some cool gear, great blends and customer service are all top notch.
Ordered the first black vaporzone pro with the sampler (three flavors: blueberry cheesecake, bubblegum and watermelon). The e-cig worked great for a month, the vapor was acceptable and tasted all right but after that first month the entire e-cig began to fall apart. The vapor syrup began to leak out and come out of the piece that I would usually inhale from and from all of these little holes on the side. I decided to give them a second chance due to the great ratings, which leaves me to the second rating.
VaporFi rating: Ordered the same order as the first review with different flavors (cloves, menthol, cuban). It should have arrived within 5-7 days, it’s been 15 days and it has yet to arrive. After contacting customer service they told me it’s not their fault, and that I should either contact USPS or deal with it somehow else. Horrible service. Not a great product either.
I got my Pro back in July 2 batteries and 3 clearomizers. I like to rotate so I don’t burn them out or too hot. Well now it’s the end of October and what used to give me really good powerful, tasty puffs is like sucking on an iron lung. I was disillusioned because it seemed the new batteries coming out were trash on longevity coming out, I thought going with a new highly rated company would get better product because I don’t want to carry around a bazooka puffer. But my Pro is weak no matter how you change coils.

Vaping doesn’t mean sucking the life out of it. The product isn’t a cigarette, hence the reason you inhaled juice!! Furthermore if you are a smoker then you probably need a larger tank! Hence the reason the guy in the store was trying to explain that a different model would work better.
Vaporfi are way overpriced and their liquid is total rubbish. I was a big supporter but knowledge is power. Stupid me in the beginning. Halo have, by far, the nicest and most complex of flavours that I have found so far. They aren’t the cheapest, but they are certainly for a more mature pellet. Unlike vaporfi which seem to aim for a child’s sweet tooth.
Better quality and far cheaper products when it comes to hardware are available everywhere!
