I have had a problem using the product and call to request a return and was told that I would see a return label sent to my e/mail well have not seen anything and have called 3 time and was told it takes @ 2 days for it to be issued. Well we are going on 3 weeks of this and nothing. So much for their 30 days guarantee!!!!

Green Smoke are the first e-cig I’ve tried and have been using them for about 6 months after stopping smoking. Have had a problem with one battery and quite a few cartridge issues where they’ve lasted a very short time – quality seems especially variable if you buy on an offer. However, I’m switching now they are owned by Philip Morris – there is no way I will ever line the pockets of Big Tobacco again!
