DePaul forward Rashaun Stimage will be out for the next two months after suffering a broken bone in his foot during DePaul’s Blue and White scrimmage this weekend.

The DePaulia was the first to report the news.

The injury is reportedly a “Jones fracture” in Stimage’s left foot, which is the same injury suffered by Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant. He injured the foot when it was landed on by a teammate. Surgery is required.

Stimage, a 6-foot-8 junior forward that transferred into the program Daytona State Junior College, was expected to start for the Blue Demons this season as they try to dig themselves out of the Big East’s cellar.
