The higher ups suck bc they don't remeber what it's like to work in a store and only know their laptop and numbers and have completely unreasonable expectations. The employees are mostly hits, but the misses I've had to chew out bc they treat it as a after school hangout/talking session and not a job...and as the kids goes the worst time of the year is income tax bc the trasty/ghetto people come in and don't know how to control their kids but it teaches me how not too raise my kids.
