Why does NH hate + torture "certain societies" such as children with special needs, adults elderly, with challenges sit in their own waste for days. ABUSED, ignored, and tortured by "in home supports and nursing homes. The "Phil brick Building , Concord NH was taken over by the "city , it was set up as a assisted living residence, but, The State + city decided it was to good for the elderly so they took it forcing the elderly to be moved into a "home" full of assorted people young, active with all sorts of aliments. This drove the elderly crazy. The city needed the building for their "official businesses". Veteran's that return from useless wars , limbless or have PTSD forced to live in tents if they can find one, The poor ( forced into being)by unemployment. layoffs, discrimination, company shut downs..... Children with special needs into public schools segregated, excluded, scapegoated, teacher bullies, sworn at, physically forced into cement rooms called " time to think " Think about what how stupid, weird, mental, they are. These are 5,6,7, 8, 9 year old children. I said "my child is not socially or emotionally ready for kindergarten at the already 15 member IEP team, before preschool was over. The reply was " She's academically ready, that's all that matters you're disabled what do you know."
My daughters 1st 3 years of life was spent repairing the damage from her amniotic band syndrome a mild case, her hands also affected. ABS is rare it causes scaring, deformities, natural amputations, and limb differences, her feet were severely clubbed in the strangest way. It looked like she had shoes to small , her toes looked like they were super glued on to her feet , missing toes. The weekly visits castings, had to be soaked off babies are afraid of the saw. I spent hours soaking off the casts assisting the orthopedic dept.. Just to have the casts replaced, several surgeries were required braces, and a wonderful person from Rise for Babies and families assisted. She took her 1st independent steps at age 3 just after her 3 birthday at " grandmas house. 2007.
The housing inspection consisted of picking of paint that was peeling all over, looked at it saying " its not lead" going to a window struggling to open it got it opened 4 inches, got it stuck, said "it works." The filthy bug infested, major code violations, including no egress window or door, electrical wiring exposed, windows that would not open or close. Both faucets leaking from the tub and bathroom, had to be stuffed with buckets and rags, to stop the from leaking into the 2 ft. wide space in the hall. 6/2/09 I got up at 1 am. after slipping in water leaking from the bathroom, I didn't see. I just lost my step sister a few months ago, my rock, I was just diagnosed with severe osteoporosis at 46? and this was dx after I tripped over a chair, not falling. I went to the ER June 2008, I had a acute fracture and a older fracture at L3, + 4. I couldn't find 1 person in Keene to drive me to my Dr, 30 miles away. The agency that my daughter starting receiving "services I reluctantly called. They refused transportation. I was a liability. The ambulance called after 7 hours of crawling to my bed IN AGONY. The EMT was RUDE< CRUEL, a cigarette was turned into "pot" . I don't use pot, my personal preference. My daughter woke was yelled at "get out of here, she wanted to see MOM. I said "don't yell at my child". I told her to get dressed as fast as she could . MOMs OK I just need a ride . I was reamed and told "you can lift your head you're not hurt that bad if you didn't do drugs you wouldn't have hurt yourself, get on the board. It had to be totally vertical to get My out, they bumped into everything, " You didn't pay your taxes you have no right to complain. I paid my taxes for 40 years. > He relayed his findings to the ER, the nurse went through my personal belongings ( 4th amendment?)found a pill crusher decided my vitamin D was "drugs" Now in Severe AGONY and Verbally abused. I said " if you think I did something illegal then test me don't assume, the x ray read wrong, To further insult me the nurse said we have a drug program here" She refused to test me, wrote that I was a "difficult patient" in her report. False claims defamation, denial of medical care. I was untreated sent home in a cab. My friend drove me to my DR. I said test me before I passed out from shock. I had 3 burst fractures. He gave me a shot that put me to sleep. Gave me a script for pain medication. My daughter went to preschool. When I got home a hour later I got a unwanted visit from the service agency and DCYF accusing me of abusing my medications. I showed the tox test from my Doctor. DCYF ( no warrant )backed off, but the case mgr. didn't, DEPRIVED me of rest, sleep , quiet, healing, would not leave my home until I agreed to have a "temporary rep payee " so I could concentrate on my surgeries". She was a service sales person. Coercion? Intimidation, Deprivation of basic rights? ABUSE OF A minor child, and vulnerable adult. Hostage taking? exploitation? This became a pattern. I was physically and per mentally deformed by this fall, covered up by The housing authority and the case mgr. using their weapon DCYF.

Fast forward Kindergarten was not good for my daughter, At IEP meetings I was not a participant I was a unwanted guest. The case mgr argued with the school staff insisting she required extended summer school because she was labeled "retarded, the school disagreed she was academically grade level. First grade I was a teacher aide. I saw what the school did to the special needs children, The exclusion, blaming for all disruption, bullying, and not by kids, when the shared young graduate allowed her to sit on her lap, and brought her special gifts. I said this is not OK. She is not allowed to sit on your lap. or have special gifts. This is a mixed message, she would come home telling me she's special needs. A few of the other kids were either they should be homeschooled, some sent to other schools, they wanted nothing to do with the kids that had differences, and justified their actions out of words such as safety, concern, . Not for the children. If I wasn't there I was called to "get your kid out of here, a desk put under the stairs, After the first grade expelled and forced into a (collab) not school board meeting, hearing , required by the ADA sec 504, 508, title 2. I asked for a ada special needs advocate > we never heard of that " I became one. I am 19 credits shy pf my psychology degree, I ran and operated a pet grooming business for years, I went to school to become a certified vet technician and all breed dog/cat groomer. After my 2nd surgery the paid helper from the agency was to busy fighting with her husband to feed and water our cat WE LOVED. To busy to pick me up from the hospital. To busy to tell me my child was in a car accident, too busy to feed my child anything but pop tarts with meat on it, along with her teen adopted son who is autistic, Not to busy to barge into my home, lying to my face "insisting I write a latter stating "my 22 yr. old daughter didn't know what a handicapped parking tag is. She was caught at a "Taylor Swift concert and fined $500 , she knew what the placard was when she didn't want to walk so far to get to the concert. Our home infested with rodents, I maintained the property at 54 Beech St never asking this landlord from hell for anything, The squirrels dug through the 3rd bedroom used for my reasonable accommodation , The mice, rats left their droppings throughout the apartment. This was a sec 8 and my portion paid by my SSI_DI every month . This was the only bill the rep payee paid ( she violated almost every rule and law regarding a rep payee. Our money was used as a weapon of control, never showed bank statement, never gave money for basic needs, threats to not pay a bill unless I signed her documents, handwritten financials on green spread sheets periodically sent. the landlord is distantly related to the rep payee. She refused to resign. The day I brought a friend/ brother and acting attorney to question this she got so mad because she was caught. She lied, used other agencies, to retaliate against my family, people to her are just things to be used to get what she wants. The most hate filled human I ever met. I was forced ( against my will with evidence to report this agency for discrimination, false accusations, CHILD < ABUSE, defamation, ... FRAUS. I stepped up the ones without a voice I was stepped on.

When My daughter said " mommy are the police and landlord going to shoot us". Great role models scaring a 8 year old child. I filed the 540 having to beg the rep payee for the $ 29 to have it served. My child the witness I was homeschooling, my right as I followed all the laws and rules to homeschool my child. She goy her first ;lesson in discrimination, the constitution, and deliberate judicial misconduct, and a corrupt unethical judge that has no business being a Judge anywhere. The only statement was The defendant is lying . burke replied It doesn't matter" in 5 minutes my family was given our 1st death sentence by this judge, refused all evidence, denied all motions and appeals. The DCYF worker stated sh had a warrant to have my child placed back in the school, because "I am too stupid and disabled to homeschool". I never saw a warrant. This was a disaster.
A sham hearing was ordered 10 days after I received the hate letter.
I should have just packed and got out but our money was being held from us. Mt child's check " sent back to SSA while in my custody, that's FRAUD. ABUSE OF POWER she had no authority to do this. If it was sent back at all. The witnesses against me the rep payee, a new hire that wanted to keep his job and ALAN GROSS special ED. All reported for federal and state crimes, child abuse, retaliation, defamation all committed perjury. I knocked on the door of another boarder, She constantly asked me for things, and I wanted some of the things back. I was barely able to stand, in pain, I was holding on to the door frame, she slammed the door on my hand the swung it opened. She threw my broken body all over the place. I threw her sell phone at me. I had to go to the hospital. Multiple contusion of my chest, hand bruises all over me. now they have my property , this is theft, a crime. I am being ignored by Peliquin, I am sick of his double standards, lies, and personal biasness. I want my property. Theft is a crime. He charged me with simple assault, and obstructing a crime scene, yet theses thieves have my property. This is WRONG.
