Miami’s James Ennis throws it down all over Rasual Butler (VIDEO)

Oct 29, 2014, 10:35 PM EDT

What have I been telling you about James Ennis?

The pride of Long Beach State — Go Beach! — got about 15 minutes of burn for the Heat in their opening night win over the shorthanded Wizards. He’s an athletic swingman who the Heat think can be a “3 and D” guy… oh, and he also can finish in transition. Just ask the Wizards’ Rasual Butler.

Trust me, if there are Ennis highlights this season I’m going to run them. He’s my guy.

What’s probably more surprising is the fact Rasual Butler actually made the team. And then got IN the game!

I know its only one game but damn I love this Miami Heat team. If we can play together, work hard and play defense we will be competing for the ECF championship and possibly Finals championship

As long as they stay true to their identity, which is defense, they’ll be fine.

Bosh grabbed the rebound like an absolute beast, then ran up the court looking behind him like his boyfriend was chasing him.
