M. Theroux developed a special Tesla transformer which actuary
projected small aerial plasmoids … and could repeat the performance. The
Air Force funded a much larger project toward this end (R Golka). Each
was looking for the answer in a new realm. And this was the precise
answer … to look elsewhere for that which intuition envisions.

Intuition craves confirmation however. Too few of these “new view”
researchers were actually familiar with the archives of both natural and
laboratory anomalies. No one remembers what has already been achieved
in isolated laboratories. Very often a chance occurrence, however
subtle, gives the new direction to the world. New hydrogen energy, you
will remember, was observed by several qualified persons in diverse
places. Had these records been forgotten, perhaps the new revolution
might never have been forged.

Were the hot fusionists true and ardent students of the stored
periodical treasure house they too would not have simply written more
superficial papers on their views. They would have known what to do to
achieve the prize itself, for the answer was there … in a group of
patents some twenty five years old which should have been known by all
of them collectively. Perhaps they would have found their way back to
the forgotten mines … but then came Tokamak.

When the Tokamak rose in the east, it seemed to offer the brightest
new morning of life for fusion research. Many stole away to steal the
secret of its fire. But even the Tokamak failed to deliver the immediacy
of its promised prize. So deeply resentful were many researchers after
the postponement of immediate success that few would even believe that
the goal could be reached at all.

It is not unreasonable (given the emotional infrastructure of fusion
research) that science had become first melancholy and then sanguine in
all its subsequent discussions of controlled nuclear fusion. The topic
represents (to the crusaders) a major dragon left undefeated. Most would
rather forget the dream and all knowledge of it.

Bolivian Vice-President: Let Us Dare to Leave The Cave & Use The Sacred Fire of Nuclear Power

Bolivian Vice President Alvaro Garcia Linera gave a beautiful,
rousing call on August 21 for Bolivia to play its rightful role as a
Promethean nation, and set about to master nuclear energy, so as to
create the platform for his nation’s technological development over the
next 400-500 years. Garcia Linera’s adamant statement that humanity
can and must master atomic energy, as today’s form of “sacred fire,”
was delivered in his speech closing the VII International Congress on
Oil and Gas in Santa Cruz, Bolivia on August 21. A panel earlier in the day on nuclear energy,
addressed by leading members of the Argentine nuclear program, had
been a highpoint of the Congress, organized by the Bolivian Chamber of
Hydrocarbons.

Vice President Alvaro Garcia Linera said:

“The use of and training in atomic energy is one of our
obligations as a society and as a State. We have made that decision, and
we are going to guide ourselves based on that decision. In the coming
years, we will implement a program of nuclear energy, for peaceful
purposes, with medical and agricultural goals, as the case may be, but
we will have an elite, a core of brains, integrated with the world, to
networks who work in the atomic field, which will allow Bolivia to learn
about and use this fire of the XXI century: atomic energy.”

“Nuclear energy is the fire of the XX and XXI centuries. It is
the fire which our ancestors had 20,000 years ago, which allowed them
to make philosophy, technical science, culture, agriculture. Knowledge
of the atom, its regularities, its use, its functioning, is the
touchstone of the XX and XXI centuries, the fundamental core of new
knowledge and new technologies, new theories and new means of
production….

“Bolivia cannot remain on the periphery, if this is the case,
if knowledge of the atom … is the sacred fire of the XX and XXI
centuries, as fire was for the pre-agricultural civilizations of 20,000
years ago. Today a society which is respected —and we respect ourselves—
cannot remain on the periphery, and we are not going to remain on the
periphery…

  The following declaration was read by Schiller Institute
  President Helga Zepp-LaRouche, Oct. 19, 2014 and has been transcribed
  from the audio file.
  
  Mankind experiences presently a deep civilizational crisis, where the
  foundations of society in many parts of the world have eroded, and
  established codes of international relations have broken down. On top
  of this, we are faced with mortal dangers, each of which could lead to
  the potential extinction of the human species.
  
  There is first the Ebola pandemic, which is already out of control
  in Africa, for which there is no cure, and which is threatening to
  become more threatening than the Black Death of the 14th century.
  
  There is second, the terrorist threat for the whole world, and
  genocide spreading from the so-called IS Caliphate, not only
  demonstrating a subhuman barbarism, but explicitly threatening Russia
  and China, and therefore, becoming the potential trigger to blow up all
  of Southwest Asia and even leading to a new world war.
  
  And there is third, the absolute certainty that the completely
  bankrupt trans-Atlantic financial system is about to blow up,
  threatening also to throw much of the world into a Dark Age.
  
  In light of these three mortal dangers, it is a question of life and
  death of humanity to stop the immoral and imbecilic policies of
  geopolitics and confrontation against Russia and China. Instead, we
  have to shift the agenda to the common aims of mankind, and work
  together with Russia, China, India, and other nations, to defeat these
  mortal threats.

My prediction is that there will be no mention of the powerful Solar Payment Policy (SPP), that requires Utilities to pay solar farmers $0.33 kwh for selling solar energy onto the grid.
ALEC has forbidden this issue to be raised at Omega.
Germany has used this solar policy to create 400,000 new solar jobs.
World wide the SPP has created 6 million jobs in 69 nations who have adopted the SPP.
Germany has used the SPP to ban fracking and shut down all its nukes, so there will be no discussion of how the USA can implement this decentralizing, democratic policy here.
Most of the greens in the US are just Lemmings running for the cliff.
Time for new ideas & better celebrities.
