PROPERTY TAX RATE FOR 2014

The Maypearl City Council passed an ordinance to establish tax rate for the year 2014 at $0.834661 on each and every $100 of taxable property value. A tax rate of $0.563503 is assessed and levied for maintenance and operational purposes and $0.271158 assessed and levied for the debt purposes. This will raise the same amount of property tax revenue as the year 2013.
