New York State’s economy is being asphyxiated by high taxes and its reluctance to allow for the drilling of natural gas, according to a report by Economy Watch. Gov. Cuomo entered office three years ago and vowed to open the state up for business, but the state continues to be home to one of the nation’s worst tax climates for business, based on the annual report from the Tax Foundation.
