A Tyler man accused of shooting and killing his 30-year old wife will be arraigned Thursday.

Thirty-year-old Adrian Ray Mata is accused of shooting and killing his wife, 30-year-old Jennifer Mata, on February 25. Sheriff's officials say Adrian shot Jennifer in the 1500 block of County Road 333, then fled the scene. He was later arrested without incident at a home near Lake Palestine.
