Personal training sessionSessions
Let our personal trainers create a dynamic and exciting program for you. Our super charged evaluation and workout program includes an evaluation and a program designed to provide individualized and specific feedback. Each session is 60 minutes in length.

Fees

Sessions must be purchased in a single transaction for the 10 or more session discounted rate. Pricing for 10 or more sessions is per person and cannot be split between individuals.
Session Type 1-9 Sessions (cost per person) 10 or More Sessions (cost per person)
Individual $45 / $50 per session $40 /$44 per session
Group (2-3 people) $35 / $39 per session $30 / $33 per session

Scheduling
To schedule a Personal Training session, please complete and return a Personal Training Registration form. Instructors will then contact you directly to schedule your sessions. For more information, contact the CAC by calling 972.874.PARK(7275).



Trainers

 Kelli Peebles

Kelli Peebles
Kelli graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.S in Kinesiology and a minor in Recreation and Leisure Studies. Kelli has certifications from the Cooper Institute as a Physical Fitness Specialist, Providing Dietary Guidance, Group Exercise, and Group Cycling. Kelli has been personal training and teaching group exercise classes since 2005, including boot camp, group cycling, strength and aqua fitness. She has also done many fitness and nutrition workshops/seminars and currently is Vice President for PATHCare, which specializes in the education and service of preventative care. Kelli feels an individual’s health starts with themselves and educating and supporting them with the right resources will help anyone take control. It’s not all about losing weight, it’s about being able to live a full healthy life.
