The Community Activity Center is not a licensed daycare.

Standards of Care have been adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Flower Mound, Texas to comply with Senate Bill 212 as approved by the Texas Legislature during the 74 legislative session. The Standards of Care are intended to be minimum standards by which the Town of Flower Mound Parks and Recreation Division will operate the Town’s youth programs. The programs operated by the Town are recreational in nature and are not day care programs.
