commented on a video on YouTube.if anyone does go to visit a frackwater tank facility, look for flags and/or windsocks. Flags are not there to show company pride or patriotism, they are there to show which way the wind is blowing. Windsocks are there to show which way the wind is blowing. Why do they need to know wind direction - so workers know where NOT to stand when working around the tanks
