Armadillo Ale Works just found their home in Denton!

What a great day for Denton, Texas! Armadillo Ale Works has sealed the deal on 40,000 square feet they'll call home, perfectly situated across from Apogee Stadium at the top of the "golden triangle", the confluence of 35W and 35E. Greg Price and Greg Johnson of VERUS Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer and Alex Payne of AXIS Realty Group represented the seller.
