The listed animals are ready for adoption.   All animals may be viewed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays at the Flower Mound Animal Adoption Center, 3950 Justin Road. After-hour appointments are available upon request.

There is no charge to adopt a dog or cat; however, state and town ordinances require that the adopter have the animal vaccinated for rabies and spayed or neutered within 15 days of adoption.

Flower Mound Animal Services is excited to announce Pinocchio as the Dog of the Week and Mark as our featured Cat of the Week. Pinocchio is a two-year-old Shih Tzu. Like any puppy, Pinocchio is sweet, friendly, and absolutely adorable. He gets along well with other dogs and especially children. Besides cuddling on the couch, he loves to watch movies. As you would imagine some of his favorites include “101 Dalmatians”, “Beethoven”, “Pinocchio”, and any other Disney movie. Mark is a six-month-old grey tabby who is very loving and a little shy, but will only take time for him to warm up to you. Not only does he get along with older children, but he gets along with other cats as well. Mark also loves his sports. He is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and would love to watch football on Sundays with you.
