On December 7, 2010, the Frackers Receive Imminent and Substantial Endangerment Order from EPA.
On December 24, 2013, the Inspector General report justified EPA in Parker County fracking intervention and vindicated Dr. Al Armendariz for issuing that order.
In all that time in between, Steve and Shyla Lipsky have put up a valiant fight for the truth.

To Armendariz, a former professor at Southern Methodist University who now works for the Sierra Club, the inspector general’s report is “complete and total vindication of the work we did at EPA.”
“Our evidence was solid and we followed the law, and all rules and regulations,” he said.

Dr. Alfredo Armendariz who is a world class scientist was politically lynched by the corrupt connivers Imhofe, fracking company contributors, Texas “dis-regulating”agency and internal EPA “Judases” in a well orchestrated conspiracy. They used my nephew’s use of the word “crucify” as the vehicle to launch their vile and cowardly attack – even death threats against him and his family were made requiring federal protection. I have one word of for those who orchestrated this infamy – very bad things happen to those who disregard the laws of Karma. As for those who threatened him and his family may the Talon of God strike you down! Ditto for the vermin who attacked Dr. Susan Rice. Now when is Attorney General Holder going to investigate this crime or is it up to us to bring the “evildoers” to justice!
Dr. Al will always be loved by the people he served. Karma is catching up to the evil ones and the truth is rising to the surface.
