Chefs for Farmers, a local organization that promotes sustainability and supports local charitable causes, held its first Big Oyster Bash on Sunday at the Dallas Farmers Market. The event, which benefited Cafe Momentum and Foodways Texas, featured big-name chefs including Matt McCallister of FT33, John Tesar of Knife and Spoon, and Jon Alexis of TJ's Fresh Seafood Market.
