Atlanta developer John Wieland will break ground later this year on luxury condo project One Museum Place.
The 45-unit building, with homes ranging from $800,000 to $3.3 million, will sit across from the Woodruff Arts Center.

"I couldn't think of a better time to build a condominium in Atlanta," Wieland told Atlanta Business Chronicle in July.
Wieland hopes to deliver the first units at One Museum Place at the end of 2015.
