If you’re looking for a less conventional fright this Halloween then you'd be well advised to revisit some childhood classics.
Turns out some of the jumpiest, creepiest and most shocking cinematic moments have been made by the likes of Disney.
Whether it is David Bowie’s tights in Labyrinth, the electroshock therapy in Return to Oz (above) or simply the life lessons taught us by the deaths of mothers in animated classics Bambi and Dumbo, children have been being traumatised for generations.
