The U.S. National Labor Relations Board has dismissed all of the complaints filed against the Boeing Co. related to a January contract vote by the Machinists Union.
According to a report from Reuters, the NLRB had received about 20 complaints from workers claiming Boeing (NYSE: BA) had made threats against employees and engaged in unlawful bargaining by saying it would move future work elsewhere if the contract offer wasn't accepted.
The NLRB Region 19 office in Washington state said it found there was insufficient evidence to support the claims of any unlawful threats or bargaining proposals.
The contract, which narrowly passed by 51 percent, helped secure work on the 777X for the Puget Sound area.
