Amanda Bynes has been buying Cartier watches and more and handing them out to strangers on the street.

Amanda’s parents have stepped in and requested another conservatorship after telling the judge that their daughter has been spending money at an alarming rate.

This is such a sad story to me. I really hope she gets the help she need.
