Taylor Swift Making Demon Cat Sounds with Her Mouth is Glorious: Watch
By Scott T. Sterling
Have a seat, Beyoncé. It’s officially Taylor Swift season.
With the “Taygency” currently in full effect, Miss Swift’s media onslaught took her to Canadian entertainment news show, etalk, where the singer opened up about the sounds made by certain cats (we’re pretty sure she’s talking about her own famous feline, Olivia Benson), delivering some rather amazing impersonations of said cat sounds during the interview with one of the show’s hosts. Watch the gloriously bizarre exchange above.

While the interviewer finds the whole thing quite funny (and rightfully so), Swift is deadly serious about the scary cat noise: “That’s not a cat sound. That’s not ‘meow.’ There’s a demon inside of you.”
Given her commitment to recreating authentic demon cat noises with her mouth, it might be time for Taylor Swift to connect with the almighty Run the Jewels (AKA El-P and Killer Mike) for the upcoming Meow the Jewels remix album.
Swift’s 1989 is out this week. It looks like it may become the first album to go Platinum in its first week in 2014, after a two-year respite of such an achievement.
