** ADDITIONAL LANE CLOSURES**

Stonecrest Road at Hwy 377:

The UPRR railroad crossing at Stonecrest Road will be closed beginning Monday, September 29, 2014. The closure is expected to take up to 60 days and is to allow for the reconstruction of the railroad crossing to align with the newly constructed Canyon Falls Drive. During the closure commuters will need to use Canyon Falls Drive or the crossing in Argyle as alternate routes.

Forums Drive/Euclid Avenue:

The intersection of Forums Drive and Euclid Avenue will be closed on Monday, September 23rd in order to re-build the intersection as part of the River Walk project. The Forums Drive will be closed north of the intersection with Olympia Drive and Euclid Avenue will be closed on the east side of the intersection with Alpha Way. The closure and re-reconstruction of the intersection is expected to take 30 days. Detours will be posted while the intersection is closed.

Lakeside Parkway/Gerault Road:

There will be an eastbound daily lane closure from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Lakeside Parkway, just east of Silveron Boulevard and just west of Gerault Road. There will also be northbound/southbound daily lane closures along Gerault Road from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The closures will allow for the construction of the new drive approaches and turn lanes required for the Lakeside Ridge development. The work is expected to last until early November.

Lakeside Parkway:

Lakeside will be closed between Northwood Drive west to the second traffic circle. Traffic will still be able to use the road across to the Grapevine Lake Dam, but they will have to come from either Northwood or Lakeside Parkway at Silveron Boulevard. For more information, please visit www.lakesidedfw.com. You can find a complete map of the construction here.

Surrey Lane:

Beginning April 16 Surrey Lane will be closed between Lakeside Boulevard and Solano Drive to allow for reconstruction as part of the Lakeside DFW project.  Surrey Lane is expected to remain closed through October 2014.

FM2499-Long Prairie Rd:

There will be a northbound lane closure beginning Monday (10/20/14) at 9 a.m. until Tuesday (10/28/14)  on Long Prairie Road. The lane closure will begin just north of Firewheel Drive and will end south of Sagebrush Drive. The constant closure will allow for re-paving/curing of pavement that was required to be removed for a sanitary sewer connection for the Elan Oaks Development.

There will be daily southbound lane closures beginning Wednesday (10/29/14) from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. until late November on Long Prairie Road. The lane closures will begin south of Churchill Drive and will end south of Sagebrush Drive. This will allow for the addition of the new drive approach for the Elan Oaks Development on FM2499.
