See chef from Fort Worth restaurant Grace on Food Network Nov. 19

The chef at Grace tries his hand at reality TV.

The chef at Fort Worth restaurant Grace will appear on a new Food Network show called Kitchen Inferno in mid-November. The show, fronted by Curtis Stone and premiering Nov. 5, requires chefs to participate in “culinary showdowns” with an audience watching.

The winner gets $25,000.

Chef Blaine Staniford will appear on the Nov. 19 episode of Kitchen Inferno.

Staniford’s restaurant recently earned a three-star review from Dallas Morning News restaurant critic Leslie Brenner, who said Staniford’s food was “unsuccessfully wacky” nearly six years ago but has now “matured without losing its spunky personality.”

See what he’s dishing up on TV on Nov. 19.
