Herbert James Gibson, 92, born on April 1, 1922, in Meriden, Iowa, passed away on October 12th surrounded by his family. A proud retired Navy veteran of WWII and Korea, he is survived by his wife, Belva; sons and daughters-in-law, Bob and Debbie Gibson, and Jerry and Barbara Gibson; sister, Mary Perry; brother and sister-in-law, John and Sandra Jones; as well as many nieces and nephews. Arrangements are under the direction of Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Denton and will include a graveside service at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 25th, at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton, followed by a reception at the community room of Lakewood Estates.
