The Denton County Republican Party will have its 2014 Victory Kickoff Rally from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Sunday at the North Texas Fairgrounds, 2217 N. Carroll Blvd. in Denton.
The family-friendly rally will feature live music, free hot dogs, chips and soft drinks. There will be a presentation titled “Leadership Lessons of Ronald Reagan” given by retired U.S. Army Col. John Antal and a message to get out the vote from Dianne Costa, outreach chairwoman of the county Republican Party.
Local and statewide candidates who have opponents in the November election are expected to be on hand.
