Player Updates

  • Noah Vonleh (Cha-PF)

    Noah Vonleh officially active

He is not expected to be in the rotation and can be ignored in re-drafts. Vonleh does have some appeal in deep keeper leagues, though. -- Rick Bonnell on Twitter

  • Udonis Haslem (Mia-PF)

Udonis Haslem (quad) iffy to play vs. Wizards

Haslem averaged numerous career-lows last season with 3.8 points, 3.8 rebounds and 0.3 blocks in 14 minutes per game. His playing time may creep up slightly this season, but not enough to make him fantasy-relevant. -- Jason Lieser on Twitter

  • Josh McRoberts (Mia-F-C)

Josh McRoberts (toe) ruled out for Wednesday

He has been out for most of the preseason and it will likely be Shawne Williams in the starting lineup. McRoberts doesn't have a timetable to return and he should be benched in most fantasy leagues. He is still worth owning, of course. -- Jason Lieser on Twitter

  • Danny Granger (Mia-SF)

    Danny Granger (hamstring) questionable Wed.

The 31-year-old has been a walking injury for the past few years, so it's no surprise that he's on the injury report for opening night. He projects as a backup forward and isn't worth touching in 12-team fantasy leagues. If he can't suit up for the season opener, rookie Jason Ennis could re-emerge with a bench role. -- Jason Lieser on Twitter
