（VIRTUA FIGHTER RELATIONSHIP）とは、バーチャファイターが盛り上がっている店舗同士が連携し合い、イベントを更なる高み（？）に昇華させるべく発足した店舗主導型のイベント団体です。
1994年開催の「第1回アテナ杯」から数えて14年、「第1回BT杯」から8年という“久遠の時間（とき）”が流れましたが、依然としてその情熱は衰えることなく、シリーズ毎の栄枯盛衰を繰り返しながら現在に至っております。
