Developers seek several zoning changes

The Justin Planning and Zoning Commission will be holding three public hearings on zoning changes Tuesday at City Hall. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.

Zoning changes will be considered for Hardeman Phase 6 and Phase 4, located on vacant land north of Justin Elementary School. The proposed changes would rezone the land from single-family residential, instead allowing three single-family lots to face Ovaletta Drive and allow driveway access onto the road.

Developers are also requesting a zoning change to Hardeman Phase 5, located on vacant land north of Hardeman Boulevard, to change the single-family residential minimum lot width from 60 square feet to 50 square feet but still keep the minimum lot size at 6,000 square feet.
