What payment methods can I use on Vimeo?
Do I have to pay tax on my Vimeo purchases?
VAT (value-added tax) will be applied to purchases made in the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
I have a VAT ID. Can I use it for a Vimeo purchase?
In the "Billing Location" section, select your country. Once you've made your pick, you'll see a link below "Choose your payment method" that says Have VAT ID?

Click that link and enter your VAT ID. Once your ID has been verified, VAT will be automatically removed from your purchase price. (Is anyone else picturing giant vats of radioactive space dust that turns people into superhuman mutants? No? Just us? OK.)

My Vimeo PRO membership is about to expire. What should I do?
Vimeo PRO memberships are set to renew automatically, so unless you’ve disabled auto-renewal in your Account Settings, you won’t need to do anything to enjoy another year of powerful PRO features.

- Monthly Plus members are eligible for a refund within 5 days of purchase.

I need a receipt! Where do I go to get one?
To get a copy of your receipt, log in and head to your Account Settings. To get there, hover your mouse over Me in the top navigation bar, then click My Settings. From there, scroll down until you see the “Purchases” section. Click View Receipt and your receipt will magically appear. You can then click Email Receipt or Print Receipt.
If you choose the Email Receipt option, your receipt will be sent to the primary log in email address associated with your account (the one you use to log in). If you don't receive the email, please be sure to check your spam folder and whitelist our domain (vimeo.com).

What happens when I upgrade my Plus membership to a PRO membership?

Which of my videos will I lose access to if my membership expires?
For videos uploaded during your paid membership, you will receive storage equivalent to 26GB multiplied by the number of years you were a Plus or PRO member. For example, if you were a Plus or PRO member for two years and your account lapses, we will store up to 52GB of your videos. (We do this because 26GB is the maximum amount that Basic members can upload in one year.)
Any videos that exceed this limit will be boxed up and moved to our archives for up to one year, starting with your earliest videos (the videos you first uploaded to Vimeo), and will no longer be viewable by you or anyone else.
If you are opted out of auto-renew and your account is expiring in the next 30 days, you can visit this page to see which videos are at risk. (Note that the list will change if you upload more videos before your expiration date.)
To keep all of your precious videos, simply renew your membership now.
How do I save and manage cards to use for future purchases?
When you purchase a Plus or PRO membership or a work from Vimeo On Demand, you may choose to save your card to speed up your next transaction. Check the box next to "Save card” after entering your card information and Vimeo will remember it for next time.
When you use a saved card, you will be required to enter your Vimeo password before completing a purchase.
You can connect up to 10 cards to your Vimeo account by going to your Settings and clicking, "Add new card."
To remove a card from your account, go to your Settings and click "edit billing info." From there, choose the card you’d like to remove and hit the red “x”.
