North Las Vegas Mayor Makes Major Announcement

(North Las Vegas)–One local mayor is trying to pump 13-billion dollars into his economy and bring in thousands of jobs at the same time. This morning, North Las Vegas mayor John Lee announcing a plan to bring businesses to the Apex Industrial Center. Mayor Lee says he’s using the same legislation that brought Tesla to northern Nevada.
Mayor Lee said legislation used to bring the electric car company Tesla to Northern Nevada can be used to boost the economy in his city.
“We have been lacking this opportunity to supply these jobs, especially in the manufacturing area, where it allows a better income to be made,” said North Las Vegas Mayor John Lee. “So this will be a huge boon, not only to us though, but to the whole region.”
The mayor wants to bring scores of businesses to the Apex Industrial Center and he’s hoping to create 7,500 jobs and generate $13 billion in economic impacts for the region.
