ISIS Uses Hostage As Part Of Propaganda Effort

A video released by ISIS this week shows British hostage John Cantlie acting as a war correspondent in Kobani, the Syrian town where the Kurds are fighting the Islamic State. He mocks Western reports that say the Kurds are winning that fight.
