Cousins Properties Inc. (NYSE: CUZ)

The Atlanta-based real estate investment trust reported its profit dropped 70 percent in the third quarter.

  • Revenue: $89.1 million, up 77%
  • Net Income: $19.4 million, down 70%
  • Earnings Per Share: 9 cents, down 75%
  • Funds From Operations: $41.7 million, up 142%
