Cousins Properties Inc. (NYSE: CUZ)
The Atlanta-based real estate investment trust reported its profit dropped 70 percent in the third quarter.
- Revenue: $89.1 million, up 77%
- Net Income: $19.4 million, down 70%
- Earnings Per Share: 9 cents, down 75%
- Funds From Operations: $41.7 million, up 142%

"We continue to string together very solid quarters, driven by continued progress with the implementation of our strategic plan combined with improving office fundamentals in our Sunbelt markets," said Cousins President and CEO Larry Gellerstedt.
