This week the EPA is holding hearings nationwide promoting their new Power Plant rule. This is a 
great time to create a little bit of conflict with them as the rule does make strides in some ways, but does not go far enough. Some members of the network put together a talking point sheet folks can print out and use at the public comment hearings.
