Dallas Chop House is set to reopen Nov. 3 after a kitchen fire caused it to be under renovation for the past 10 weeks.

The restaurant is slated to first open for dinner, with lunch service expected to begin in early 2015. Upon its reopening, Executive Chef Chad Starling and DRG Concepts Corporate Chef AJ Joglekar plan to debut a new menu that will feature restaurant favorites, refreshed classic dishes and new dessert items.

The restaurant's interior has been restored to its original design, with updates on furnishings and lighting.

"We want to thank the Downtown Dallas community for their support and patience as we have renovated the restaurant these past weeks," Mike Hoque, CEO and founding partner of DRG Concepts, said in a released statement. "Our team has been working around-the-clock on the re-opening of Dallas Chop House, and we can't wait to have everyone back and to enjoy the exciting new arrivals."

The three-alarm fire broke out at Dallas Chop House in August. DRG initially slated the reopen for Sept. 1.
