Categories are an ever-changing, broad catalog of Vimeo's great content and active community. Explore Categories to find the videos you like and connect with the people who make them.

Vimeo Categories are populated automatically using your Channels and Groups. If you moderate a Channel or Group, you can choose up to two top-level Categories from the Settings tab. Our algorithm will look at videos you've selected and include them in the Category pool, favoring videos, users, and tags that are most active and representative of that Category.

Your Channels and Groups can be added to up to two Categories each. If applicable, a Vimeo Staff moderator may add your Group or Channel to additional Categories.
