Developers in Lewisville have broken ground on a speculative office project that’s part of a large business park.
Myers & Crow Co. is building the Lakeside II Office Center at 2900 Lake Vista Drive near the southwest corner of State Highway 121 and Stemmons Freeway.
The 2-story, 81,000-square-foot office project faces a small lake in the Lakeside business park.
“We have been building there for 15 years,” developer Marc Myers said. “It’s the only site we had left.”
More than a half dozen office buildings have already been built in the park.
