The Argyle Town Council has postponed its meeting scheduled for tonight and rescheduled it for 6:30 p.m. Monday, according to a press released issued by the town.
The meeting was postponed so that some council members could attend a memorial service for a community member.
Among the items the council were to consider was an ordinance to approve a zoning change of a 55-acre tract of land from an agricultural district to a planned development single-family residential for 5T Ranch, a proposed 90-lot residential subdivision, the release said.
The 5T Ranch public hearing will have to be publicized again, so it will not be on the agenda until the Nov. 18 meeting.
