I believe a judge should be truly impartial, serving essentially as a referee, working with all sides to find the truth and bring a just conclusion to every case. The people and entities coming before our Courts should do so with confidence that the judge will be fair to both sides and rule according to the law.
Our judges should conduct their Courts with respect for all parties and rule consistently and without pursuing or following an agenda that favors one side over another.
